What happens on the day?

You can arrive for your spa evening at any time from 6pm, where you’ll be warmly welcomed and provided with robes, towels and flip flops. From there, the time’s yours to enjoy at your leisure, with full use of the award-winning spa facilities and a delightful three-course dinner in the lifehouse restaurant.

Participant guidelines

• Minimum age: 16 (under 18s need to be accompanied by a paying adult)

• The lifehouse spa & hotel is fully wheelchair accessible - if you have any specific needs please ask for more details when booking

• Hen and stag party bookings are not accepted

• All bookings must be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment

• Bookings for more than 6 people are subject to availability and must be pre authorised by the hotel

• The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary

Availability

The experience is available throughout the year (exclusions including 22 to 31 december, 12 to 19 february, 23 ro 31 august, 25 to 31 october and 20 to 31 december will apply)

Sunday - 17.00 to 21.00

Monday - thursday 18.00 to 22.00

Please note that due to availability, bookings are not available until september 2022.

Fridays may be available, subject to availability, at a £25 per person supplement payable to the hotel directly.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
