What happens on the day?

It’s recommended you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your experience, so give yourselves plenty of time.

Your 2 hour aqua thermal journey is a chance to rest and relax as your mind and body are treated to a range of unique and tantalising saunas and steam rooms, gradually increasing in temperature. The two of you can make use of the spa’s hydropool, as well as the spa’s beautiful zen garden, boasting hot tubs and experience showers.

• Minimum age: 18

• The spa provides a range of treatments for mums-to-be, however the aqua thermal journey is not recommended during pregnancy

• The spa welcomes guests with limited mobility, disabilities, and medical requirements. Please mention these when making your booking so adjustments can be made. Some limitations apply

This experience is available from monday to thursday throughout the year. Excluded dates may apply.

There are three sessions starting at 17.00, 17.30 and 18.00.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your aqua thermal journey is allocated 2 hours.
