Perfect for a special occasion, or simply to treat yourself and a friend, family member or loved one to some much-needed pampering, this package isn’t called ultimate for anything. From the moment you enter until the moment you leave, staff will be courteous and attentive and make your experience a pleasure; you’ll have a day’s pass to use the heated indoor swimming pool and contemporary gym as much as you’d like to, and also receive 75 minutes of treatments each. But not just any treatments – you’ll both savour a hydrating facial with scalp massage, exfoliating back treatment and a massage, just to make sure there’s no part of you that goes un-pampered!

What do i need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences

• Your voucher is valid for two people

• Available monday–thursday, year round from 2023

• Please note that there are no treatment times after 5pm

• Please note that a supplement charge applies for weekend bookings

• For chiswick riverside bookings, a supplement fee applies week round

• Your experience is available at selected locations only

• In order for you to enjoy your full treatment time please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment

• Please be advised the male and female sauna and steam room facilities are in separate changing rooms in some of our facilities – please contact the club for further information when you book

• A padlock is required for the lockers in the changing areas – please bring your own if you have one or purchase on your visit for £10

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Use of racquet sports facilities are not included with your pass to the fitness centre

• Group exercises are included subject to availability, lease review the website for group exercise timetable and inform the therapist at the time of booking which class you would like to participate in

• Some treatments may be refused due to medical conditions

• Medical conditions must be communicated when booking this experience

• Bring your own comfortable gym, swim and leisure wear as robes and slippers are unavailable

• Please ensure that you arrive at the beauty salon 15 minutes before your treatment begins, for a health assessment and discussion with your therapist

• Most treatments will be held in separate rooms

• Virgin active is a health club and families are welcome – please expect busier periods at certain times of the week
