There is a natura bissé ‘bubble’, one of only 24 in the world, which means the treatments are carried out in an environment where 99.995% of the air breathed is purified and free of polluting particles. Food is a central feature of pennyhill park in both the hotel and the spa. The hotel has two restaurants. The latimer has a michelin star and a menu created by award-winning chef steve smith.
