On arrival at the 5* Hotel you’ll receive a warm welcome and be shown to the spa, where you will be granted use of the facilities for an hour, which includes a sauna, jacuzzi and hot tub. You will then be able to enjoy an array of treatments of your choice for the next hour, whether it be a rejuvenating back massage, facial, body scrub or body wrap. You will then take your seats for a delicious Cream Tea in the beautiful surroundings of the Hotel.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are only possible 48-72 hours after the purchase has been made. Please return your voucher to BWG Lifestyle. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order.

No cancellation; reservations made within cancellation window are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged total rate.
