  • Each company is different and we understand that. Prior to any discussions regarding monthly inclusions, ordering process & frequency, we will need each and every company to purchase the deposit relative for the size of the company. We offer all of our services at a discounted rate and comprise a list of inclusions within your monthly subscription. The monthly subscription is not based on gourmet meal preparation and provision of fresh food & beverages from morning until evening for your staff and team members enjoyment and consumption. This is an additional extra. The minimum order frequency is weekly - this means that the order for the week ahead must be placed within 132 hours before the anticipated delivery time and date (So: For Monday coming, you’ll need to order by Tuesday night, the week before).1. We take a fixed payment for your 1st month upon registration for your membership. Upon payment, a form is to be briefly completed for your companies criteria for offers & discounts from partner brands. These are sent weekly via email. Your membership will now be active and all benefits inclusions will then commence and be available.
    2. If you require gourmet meal prep & more, there is a box on the form to be selected on the criteria and inclusions form upon registration. You will also need to ensure that you have completed the fields that request your preferred contact detail and the amount of staff/team members that require catering for. We will then furnish you will all meal and beverage options on a purchase order form via email which will also suffice as and be paired with a sales contract including terms and more. Payment will be paired with the purchase order form and will need to be recieved no later than 132 hours before the anticipated delivery time and date. 1 form may need to be for each week as the products ordered may vary.
    3. We then deliver your goodies daily for the week or however many days/meals that have been requested.

  • • This is an on-going subscription service, BWG Lifestyle membership is renewed automatically at the end of each membership period.

    • The annual renewal date is visible and shown as the expiry date on your physical and digital membership card. Membership holders will be contacted (via email) towards the end of the membership and advised of the details of the renewal subscription. BWG Lifestyle cannot be held liable for the non-receipt of communication, including non-receipt of a renewal reminder. Please keep us duly informed of any changes to your email or postal addresses.

    • Should you not wish to renew your membership, kindly get in touch no later than 17:00pm on the working day preceding the expiry date of your membership.

    • You have the right to cancel the registration of your membership within 14 days of purchase. This however, does not apply to renewals. Please note that promotions/specials may carry cancellation requirements that differ. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive an email, confirming your cancellation in writing. Please keep a copy of this email for your personal records, as proof of cancellation.

    • Cancellations within the 14-day cool off period will be eligible for refund, less the pro-rata charge for the period of cover. Subject to any other statutory right, refunds are not provided for any cancellations after the expiry of the cooling off period.

    • Physical Cards are optional, with an admin charge of £30 for a replacement card.
