What Happens On The Day

On arrival at Lympstone Manor, you’ll be warmly greeted and shown through to your pre-booked table. Surrounded by stunning décor, you and your guest will take your seats for an unforgettable eight-course tasting menu, brought to you by the renowned Michael Caines. You’ll be tucking into the likes of Exmouth crab ravioli, Galantine of quail and Cornish duckling, before moving onto sweet delights such as apple mousse and cherry parfait. Your meal will be accompanied by a chilled glass of Champagne each, as well as canapés, bread and coffee and petit fours.
