What Is A Body Transformation?

For most people, body transformation is all about physical attributes, such as losing weight and maintaining a particular diet in order to look and feel great. But bigger and rewarding changes cannot be attained by these strategies alone, and often you need support in obtaining your desired goals.

However, transformation doesn’t have to be a 50kg makeover or a reveal where your friends and family hardly recognise you. Too often people want to workout and try to climb the body transformation ladder but do not have the harness or tools. For those with intermediate experience or that have been attending or know a little bit about the gym, dieting and need rapid results - a solid two- or three-month programme is recommended. It is then further recommended that you do quarterly refreshes which involve three months on and three months off, to develop a consistent lifestyle, and a more manageable routine. This is also a great idea to have a support system before summer or leading into winter or perhaps for an event coming up in which you need to be in top condition physically.
