 Body Transformation Programmes

What’s Included & Why

For most people, body transformation is all about physical attributes, such as losing weight and maintaining a particular diet to look and feel great. But more significant and rewarding changes cannot be attained by these strategies alone, and often you need support in obtaining your desired goals.

We understand that some people want to work out and climb the body transformation ladder but do not have the knowledge or tools available. BWG Detox provides the necessary resources and support for your safety, growth, development and transformation - by giving you plenty of practical tips, tricks and tools to enable you to climb the ladder and achieve your goals.

The programmes are tailored and unique to each client, so you can be assured that the diet, training and support provided allow you to transform effectively at your own pace. The body transformation process is ongoing. Therefore, we recommend the one-month introductory programme to ease you in and get started on the right foot.

We recommend a solid two or three-month programme for those with intermediate experience or who have been attending or already know a little about gym workouts and dieting and want rapid results. Experts with body transformation targets and goals are also welcome to partake.

We have some clients that do quarterly refreshes with us, which involve three months on and three months off to develop a consistent lifestyle or to have a reliable and encouraging support system before summer, leading into winter, or whichever way you would prefer—designed to transform, progress and develop to gain results that are built to last.

Our programmes and resources are of outstanding quality, and those who have completed their transformation have returned feeling truly rebuilt and ready to take on the world! With one of the UK’s leading body transformation programmes available, you can be sure that our system and products work. Your journey is our priority, and we will support and cheer you on every step of the way.

All Programmes Include:
24/7 support and contact throughout the programme, diet/nutrition advice, timetable and planning, exercise planning, weekly or daily training, body goal target setting, as and when training support and guidance, incorporation of favourite foods and introduction to new favourites, exercise video library, exercise video analysis, health and fitness status assessment and much more.

BTP FAQ

  • Why Choose The BWG Detox Body Transformation Programme?

With years of results, simple, effective and sustainable transformation solutions and programmes that were designed by leading dietary and fitness professionals, why wouldn’t you choose us?

  • How Long Does It Take To Transform The Body?

There is no clear answer here. Your body transformation may take longer (or faster) than other people, because no two bodies are alike. At 6-8 weeks you should definitely notice some changes. In 3-4 months you will most likely have made a pretty good overhaul of your health and fitness.

  • Do I Have To Join Gym?

No. Whilst going to a gym is ideal due to the fact that they have all the equipment and the environment that you require to train, most of your trainings and cardio can be done at home or at an outdoor venue near you. If you are unable to find a gym, get creative and find things around the home that can assist you with your training sessions.

  • Do I Have To Exercise Every Day?

You need to take time off from exercising. It is recommended that you train four to six days a week, usually from Monday – Friday/Saturday. Working out during the week is actually easier than having days off during the week. Treat it as you would work – you know that it has to be done, so you just get up and do it. Saturday can be optional, and Sunday you should be giving your body time to rest.

  • Do I Have To Exercise In The Morning?

No, you don’t have to. There are benefits to doing so though. When you work out in the morning and more specifically on an empty stomach, you burn more body fat. Also, if you train in the mornings, you are “done” for the day. If your day goes poorly or things go out of hand, at least you don’t have to worry about still having to train. Training in the afternoons can have its benefits too though. It can be a great stress relief after work. And you may even get a burst of energy to see you through the rest of the day.

  • I Travel A Lot For Work – Can I Still Follow This Programme?

Absolutely! Once you have received your work out regime and eating plan, you are free to take them with you wherever you go. Some preparation may be required, but there is no reason not to follow your program while you are away.

  • What Happens If I Miss A Workout Or Eat The Wrong Things?

This is probably not an “if” but “when”. In real life, things happen and it’s natural to “slip up” occasionally. What counts is the effort you put in, the majority of the time. Accept that you have made a mistake, or had a bad day, and start afresh tomorrow. Don’t be too hard on yourself.

  • Can I Still Have A Drink During The Programme?

Yes. Each week you get a “day off” where you can be more relaxed about your food intake and have a drink or two. Remember here that the key is moderation. The odd beer or glass of wine is fine, but just remain in control. Too much alcohol can compromise your focus and performance the following day, when it comes to your exercise and eating. For optimum results, it is best to avoid alcohol altogether (at least while you complete your body transformation).
